1cOil
1cVinegar
1tsDry mustard
1smOnion, chopped finely
1/2cKetchup
1/2cSugar
1tsSalt (optional)

Mix all together in a glass quart bottle that has a tight fitting lid. Store in the fridge. Keeps for weeks and weeks!!

TO MAKE RUSSIAN:

Add a couple of good shakes of worchestershire and about a cup of mayonnaise. Put mayo in a bowl, and slowly add the dressing, whisking constantly. Then pour back into bottle and store in fridge.
